DataOnline, the leading global provider of Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) solutions, announced today that it had completed the acquisition of Wikon Kommunikationstechnik GmbH.
Wikon, founded in 1991, is headquartered in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Wikon designs, builds, installs and supports end-to-end IIoT solutions across industries and around the world.
Wikon’s Managing Directors, Andreas Konzelmann & Joachim Molz, will continue to lead the company towards continued growth & market expansion.
