RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Coordinator

We are seeking an RMA Coordinator who will act as point of contact for customers, sales, and repairs teams. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will play an active role in ensuring the Anova reputation for service and delivery is upheld.

Core Responsibilities

  • Receive and process all RMA’s (product returns and repairs)
  • Set customer expectations and maintain customer relationships, providing status updates and setting expectations.
  • Review and document product backlog/inventory
  • Document and maintain current RMA processes, with constant attention to measurable and continuous improvement.
  • Organize on-time shipments of replacement and/or repaired customer products
  • Utilize ERP system to manage end to end RMA process
  • Acts as liaison between repair team, sales team and customer success teams to provide outstanding service

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; understands urgency and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accountable for managing problems through resolution
  • Efficiency with MS Office tools, QuickBooks and prior ERP system experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
